All products are hand packed and inspected for quality to insure the finest product!

We also Manufacture and Package Mexican Chorizo Sausage which is portioned
and packed in vacuum barrier film and code dated with sell by date

We also Manufacture Marinated Chicken Breast’s, Which are hand 
trimmed vacuum tumbled to assure consistent quality.
They are vacuum packed in our roll stock machine, code dated and boxed for shipment!

Quality Control is Done in Our Own Test Kitchen. This is where we perform the 
important job Of EATING! Nobody does this better than my brother Charlie!
